Office Policies

The following policies apply to all patients of Second Nature Naturopathic Care.

Consulting Fees

There is no consulting fee for clients who sign up for a minimum of three months of prescribed supplements.

Phone Consultations

Brief phone consultations for simple questions requiring only a few minutes are not charged. More complex consultations involving clinical decision-making are billed at the applicable rate.

Payment Policy

Payment for physician or other healthcare practitioner services, dispensary care, diagnostic tests, and all other items is required at the time services are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made.

If financial hardship may interfere with your ability to pay for services, please discuss this with the business manager before your initial visit. Every effort will be made to arrange a flexible payment schedule when appropriate.

Payment may be made by cash, check, or credit card.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for all appointments must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Messages may be left at (845) 358-8385.

Appointments not canceled within this time frame will be charged 50% of the appointment fee.
